THE TENTH INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION OF EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS

• Presentations of modern methodical literature published during 2007-2008 years
• Presentation of out-of-school educational establishments
• Presentations of the technical facilities of teaching, computer programs, multi-media, laboratory equipment and furniture
• Creative contests for the students of architectural and art specialities
• Establishment of the business relations for cooperation, scientific-practical conferences, "round-tables" discussion concerning, seminars
• Awards for winners of contests, and participants diplomas of exhibitions participant.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

1. Cost of participation in the exhibition.
   
   Cost of participation in the exhibition includes the cost of:
   
   • registration due
   • exposition area
   • additional equipment
   • additional services
   1.1 The registration due is 180 USD. The registration due includes:
   
   
   • Publication of the information about Educational Institutions in the exhibition catalogue and allocation of the information on the exhibition site www.osvita.carshe.com
   • The cost of making of three badges
   • Invitation to the inauguration of the exhibition (for two persons)
   
   
   1.2.The cost and tips of the exposition area:
   
   1.2.1. The cost of 1 sq. m. of the appointed exposition area is 175 USD.
   
   1.2.2. In case of the order of the standard exposition area (9 sq. m.) the cost of the appointed exposition area includes:
   
   
   • the exhibition equipment
     - the wall panels 990 х 2500 mm, 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 euro socket, 1 lamp, 1 podium, carpet.
     - assembling and disassembling of the stand, the power supply, general lighting, general protection in time off, cleaning of the gangways;
     
   • making an inscription of English or Ukrainian name of the Educational Institutions/Enterprise on stand's frieze by the standard and monochromatic type (at the most than 15 symbols).
   
   
   1.2.3. Educational Institution (enterprise) can be accredited at the Exhibition without lease of the exhibition area. But for all that information about the participant will publish in the exhibition catalogue and allocate on the exhibition site www.osvita.carshe.com. Representative of the Educational Institution (enterprise) will take part in the Exhibition Actions, and will invited to the Solemn Ceremony of the opening Exhibition. The Accreditation cost is 200 USD.
   
   1.2.4. If you orders an exclusive stand with the individual designing, the organizer gives additional services concerning the designing and assembling of the stand. In that case the cost of the exposition area increases by 40%.
   
   1.2.5. Cost per 1 sq. m. unappointed area is 145 USD.
   
   1.2.6. Cost of minimum exposition place is 280 USD. The minimum exposition due includs:
   
   • 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 eurosocket, 1 wall panel on which making an inscription of name of the firm /enterprise (at the most than 15 symbols).
   • Making of two badges
   • Invitation to the inauguration of the exhibition (for one person)
   • Publication of the information about Educational Institutions/Enterprise in the exhibition catalogue and allocation of the information on the exhibition site www.osvita.carshe.com
   
   
   1.2.7. The Educational Institutions/Enterprise can combines with the another profile Educational Institutions and allocates exposition on the collective stand. At that cost of participation calculates for one participant according to exposition square where the participation exposition will allocate.
   
   1.3. If the exhibitors want to order additional equipment and services so they have to pay it, but if the exhibitor is going to order exclusive stand so the cost for additional services includes to the total value of the exposition area.
   
   
   • We ask you to draw attention that above mentioned prices don't include Taxation.
2. Registration members of the exhibition and payment for services.
   
   2.1. For participation in the exhibition the Exhibitor has to send APPLICATION to the Organizer until February 05, 2008. APPLICATION should be filled in, signed and sealed. Also APPLICATION should be have necessary Appendixes, which includes the information about the requisite stand, additional equipment and services. If such information don't be directed the Organizer assumes allocation of the equipment in according to the standard decisions. On the basis of APPLICATION Organizer and Participant conclude an agreement.
   The order of additional equipment and services after February 05, 2008 is paid in double.
   
   2.2. The payment realized by national currency according to sent Organizer's invoice on the basis of AGREEMENT.
   
   2.3. Exhibitor's refusal to order of a whole or part exhibition area has to declare in writing till February 05, 2008. The refusal till February 05, 2008 to results in payment by the Exhibitor (10 % from the amount of AGREEMENT). And the refusal after February 05, 2008 is 100 % from amount of AGREEMENT.
   
   
3. Allocation of the stands.
   
   3.1. In allocation of the stands Organizers to proceed from the scheme developed by them on receipt the payments. But for all that Organizers take into consideration Exhibitor's wish concerning allocation of the stand.
   
   З.2. Reservation of the exposition area by Exhibitor realises after signing of an AGREEMENT by the both Party and after payment for the participation in the exhibition.
   
   3.3. Exhibitor has not the right to disassemble his stand until the official closing of the Exhibition.
   
   3.4. Visit of the Exhibitors for preparation of them stands is February 26, 2008 (from 16.00 to 20.00). Disassemble and departure of the Exhibitors are October 17, 2007 (from 16.00 to 20.00).
   
   
4. Information Requirements for publication in the exhibition catalogue .
   
   4.1. Information about Educational Institutions / Enterprises (in the Ukraine or English languages) is given to Organizers by fax or e-mail until January 25, 2007. In case of Exhibitor doesn't give the information or gives it untimely, Organizers assume the right don't publish the information in the exhibition catalogue.
   The Information involves: the name of the Educational Institutions/Enterprise; business address; telephone number (with the mentioned code of the city and country); fax number; E-mail; the text can be in arbitrary form, but at most than 360 signs (not taking into account address).
   
   
5. Placement of the advertising in the exhibition catalogue.
   
   5.1. For placement of the advertising
   
   For placement of the advertising is necessary to give the original model by e-mail till January 25, 2007. The original model is accepted as publishing in QuarkXpress 4.00-4.04 (IBM PC). And the original model is accepted as a raster-graphics image in the formats: TIFF, EPS (300 dpi), vector - Adobe Illustrator 7.0-CS2. Colour palette: CMYK. Files are given of the all exploitable types or types are conversed in curves. Printed model of the advertising is necessary (colour model as far as possible). Models are given by CD-R, CD-RW.
   
   Cost of the advertising in the exhibition catalogue is:
   
   • black-and-white: 1 page (А4) - 220 USD; 1/2 page - 110 USD.
   • colour: 1 page - 400 USD; 1/2 page - 200USD.
   • dust-cover (colour): page second or third- 500 USD; page fourth - 600 USD.
   
   
   
6. Allocation of the advertising on the official exhibition site www.osvita.carshe.com
   
   6.1. For placement of the banner advertising on the official exhibition site www.osvita.carshe.com is necessary to give the original model by e-mail till January 25, 2007. The original model is accepted as a raster-graphics image in the formats JPEG, GIF, FLASH. Dimension of the model of the banner advertising is 100х100 pixels.
   
   6.2.Cost of placement of the banner advertising on the official exhibition site www.osvita.carshe.com is 50 USD, excluding maximum permissible discharge and tax on advertising.
   
   
7. Solemn ceremony on the occasion of exhibition opening.
   
   7.1. Solemn ceremony is going take place February 15, 2007. (entrance by invitation card).
